Where the boys are

Where the boys are
Someone waits for me
A beautiful song
In on old movie

The boys aren’t waiting
They’re being chased
By too many girls
All over the place

Supply and demand
That’s what it’s about
Men can be choosy
Without a doubt

Their numbers dwindle
When we’re at war
And no woman wants
A man who is poor

I hate to mention
Young gals are desired
Less men on the market
Old gals have expired

And what about men
Who like other men
Less men on the market
I’ll say it again

Those men who divorce
They’ve left their wife
Now ladies don’t let them
Into your life

What makes you think
He’ll be faithful to you
If he left number one
He’ll leave number two

Men are outliving
They’re lifetime mate
When his wife dies
He’ll soon start to date

These widowed men
Women pursue
Soon widowed men
Become too few

Stand by your man
Sang Tammy Wynette
If not someone else
Will take him, you bet
