What's casual?

I went to a party
Was I a disgrace
Because what I wore
Was way out of place

Casual attire
It said what to wear
However, it was
A fancy affair

The women wore dresses
They all looked great
To buy a new outfit
Was way too late

I couldn't go home
It was out of town
So I sat in a corner
And tried not to frown

No one would comment
On what I had worn
At least I didn't wear
Jeans that were torn

A casual pool party
Capri's I will wear
But never to any
Restaurant affair

Business Partner

I have a business partner
And he’s a wealthy man
He always asks for money
I give him what I can

And if I’m real successful
More money I will make
Although he's never worked
My money he will take

My partner Uncle Sam
Knows when he’s not paid
His buddies at the IRS
Will make me quite afraid

Collecting so much money
Has me quite concerned
But I will keep on giving him
The money I have earned

Another Celebration - Emily & Derek

No walking down the isle
No wedding vows exchanged
A wonderful reception
Their parents had arranged

Married in St. Thomas
Though some could not attend
Would think about their wedding
Best wishes they’d extend

Today we’re all together
Another celebration
With relatives and friends
Enjoying this occasion

And happy that we’re here
To meet the groom and bride
A very handsome couple
Admire them with pride
