It’s raining cats and dogs
Has the cat got your tongue
Our kittens are taking a cat nap
Because they’re very young
Pussy willows are in my vase
Over there’s a dogwood tree
On a dog day afternoon
Underneath I’d like to be
It's best to let sleeping dogs lie
They're nothing but copy cats
You’re still the cat’s meow
So let them chase the rats
It’s a dog- eat- dog world
But you can’t be a scardy cat
The world's going to the dogs
Doggone it, that's that
