Why go to the beach

Why go to the beach
To get sunburn
Why won't we learn
To put on lotion
While at the ocean
Swim suits reveal
Their sex appeal
The blowing sand
Is out of hand
Bugs will bite
Birds will fight
For our food
Oh how rude
Waves are rough
We’ve had enough
Collect some shells
The dead fish smells
Shake out your towel
We're leaving now
But we’ll return
When we yearn
For the beach
