The Wrecker's Ball

The wrecker's ball
The building's gone
No more in sight

Fond memories
Of that grand hotel
It wasn't updated
The rooms didn't sell

A new hoteel
That has two towers
A large casino
And rooms large showers

A tear down home
Because it's too small
They'll build a big home
That's three stories tall

The family moved out
Because they retired
A much larger home
New owners desired

What's coming now
The land was sold
It once was a farm
So I've been told

In with the new
Out with the old
They'll do what they want
Once the property's sold
