He captured them
For only an hour
Directing their thoughts
With his magical power
They did what he said
And didn’t resist
He did persuade
But didn’t persist
They rowed a boat
They swam to shore
It was just the beginning
They would do much more
A ventriloquist dummy
Pretends to talk
Under hypnosis
They sleep while they walk
Controlling their mind
While under his spell
Would they ever remember
