So big and strong
But look at your dog

It baffles me

Can't sit on your lap
But stays by your side
While you take a nap

How much will it eat
And how does it fit
In a car's back seat
A dog that big
People will fear
Except when you say
It's okay to come near
A dog's that gentle
And looks so regal
Unlike a dachshund
Or a beagle
Some like them big
Some like them small
But we need to provide
A home for them all
