I bought a
lotto ticket
I didn’t
choose my numbers
I let the
computer pick it
I only
bought 3 tickets
I’m sure
that I won’t win
But why not
take a chance
So, with this
game I’m in
How will I
spend this money
I’ve given
it some thought
A summer
place I’ll buy
I will not
buy a yacht
I’ll give
some to my family
Though there
aren’t many
And perhaps
to friends
I hardly do
have any
I know I’ll
give to charity
But I’ll be
very sure
The money’s
really going
To the
people who are poor
My home is
very nice
I doubt that
I will move
My yard
needs lots of work
And that I
will improve
Though money
can’t buy health
And that I
know for sure
It really
helps a lot
It’s better
than being poor
