How many shoes do women need?

Women buy a lot of shoes
Because they need a lot to choose

Black and brown, blue and white
A pair of silver to wear at night

Jogging sneakers and sneakers to walk
Bring a friend so you can talk

Dressy sandals or those for the beach
You need to have a few of each

High heels are too tall and thin
They look real hard to balance in

The gals who have so many shoes
Inside their closet they may lose

Its therapy, most women say
To shop for shoes if sad one day

No port in the storm

No port in the storm
Far out at sea
On a boat to the shore
Where I went on a tour
Then returned to the ship
And of course I gazed
Caused I'm always amazed
By her beauty and size
Beneath cloudy skies
Where the sky and sea meet
And oh, what a treat
Watching from a boat seat

An aging hippie - Bob Riley

You let your hair grow
It’s longer and grey
You’re not wearing suits
No eight to five day

Your hair wasn’t long
During those hippie years
When you were in school
Drinking so many beers

Now you’re a grandpa
The grandkids are fun
You ride a scooter
And sail in the sun

An aging hippie
No love beads to wear
Whose now decided
To grow long hair

The cruise is ending

The cruise is ending
The time went fast
We made new friends
We had a blast

My husband fell
And hurt has arm
It didn’t break
No cause for alarm

Excursions were cancelled
Due to the rain
I went on three tours
I couldn’t complain

Plentiful shopping
Even at sea
I bought souvenirs
Mostly for me

Leslie and Mike
We tagged along
On your ship
We knew we’d belong

Our table mates
Were really great
Dining with us
At a quarter past eight

Perhaps in the future
Together we’ll be
Cruising along
The wide open sea

Cruise ships in heaven

Heaven’s a place
Way up in the sky
We’re told it’s there
But it’s too high to fly

You have to be good
Or you won’t get in
It’s not a place
For those who sin

We’re sure it’s there
Though it’s not been seen
A heavenly place
Where no one is mean

We talk about those
Who look down from above
Although we can’t see them
We still feel their love

Cruise ships in heaven
What a great place to be
Reunited with those
On our family tree

Tips

There are many people
We need to tip
Especially servers
On our cruise ship

Tip the cabbie
Tip the valet
Tip your maid
Wherever you stay

If the service is bad
If you don’t like the food
Don’t eat there again
But a tip do include

A generous tip
Shows that you care
And your money
You’re willing to share

Automatic

Automatic toilets
In case we don’t flush
Automatic faucets
The water won’t gush

Automatic windows
Automatic doors
Automatic sweepers
To vacuum our floors

Automatic tellers
Will accept our cash
Automatic pilots
We hope never crash

Automatic dryers
Automatic towels
Not enough paper
The dispenser allows

Automatic washers
Have been around awhile
Automatic cameras
Let me see you smile
